Participants: Maria Ackrén, Dr, Associate professor of politics, University of Greenland (Nuuk, Danmark); Alexander Osipov, Dr in ethnology, affiliated with the International Centre for Ethnic and Linguistic Diversity Studies (Prague, Czech Republic); Felix Schulte, Dr, Senior Researcher at the European Centre for Minority Issues (Flensburg, Germany); and Sia Spiliopoulou Åkermark, Dr, Associate professor of international law, Director of the Åland Islands Peace Institute (Mariehamn, Finland).
The panel will be moderated by Elisabeth Alber, Dr, Senior researcher, Institute for Comparative Federalism, EURAC Research (Bolzano, South Tyrol/Italy) and Lecturer University of Innsbruck (Austria).
After a conversation between the panel speakers, there will be time for questions and discussion with the audience.
